Paterno is obviously a homosexual himself and has engaged in lots of oral sex. NO man (or woman) gets that kind of jaw musculature unless he engages in oral sex a lot. Those who engage in oral sex on a regular basis develop bulging, pronounced jaw muscles.

Every gay man I've ever met has this same facial appearance, and I've known hundreds (I lived in Fort Lauderdale a long time, too). Their cheek muscles are unnaturally bulging out. Study close-up facial photos of Paterno (and other gay men, especially male models, actors, etc...) and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Nobody ever talks about this because it's true and it's gross.
