Daryl Gates and Arizona Laws: Obama Wins?
Former Los Angeles Police Chief Daryl Gates funeral was held today in Los Angeles.
Gates was the last of the home-grown officers to rise up the ranks. The city of Los Angeles has had political appointees ever since with varying degrees of success. Gates was a man who could be seen as bombastic and stubborn to some but Gates was also a victim of his times. The Rodney King riots occurred under his watch as a direct consequence of ACLU extremists (Judge Stephen Reinhardt ) dismantling the LAPD's resources.
Gate's hand picked successor, Bob Vernon , was openly discriminated against for his religious beliefs. Had Robert Vernon been a Muslim or a homosexual, his name would be known as well as Rosa Parks for the extreme hatred that he endured and the high price that he paid.
Robert Vernon is a Christian, so it is never mentioned how he was forced out of office for his "extremist" beliefs (such as Jesus Christ being Lord, homosexuality is a sin, etc.).
Daryl Gates legacy is a mixed bag. "Special Order 40" opened the floodgate for illegal alien criminals and gang violence to skyrocket during his time as chief. This absurd rule is essentially what the fight in Arizona this week is all about. Police officers should have the ability to question a suspect about their citizenship.
No "racial profiling" is needed. Americans speak English. If you are too ignorant to learn English, you should reasonably expect to be questioned after perpetrating a crime.
Gates attempted to placate his liberal enemies by agreeing to "special order 40," It failed horribly just as US immigration policy and attempts to placate people like Obama will fail. They will never be happy as long as you are free to express your Christian values. They want to eliminate our ability to live in this country as our ancestors did. That is the reason behind Obama's racist rant this weekend. His annoying pronunciation of the term "lahhh- Tee- Noh" alone is reason enough to do everything in your power to unseat his fellow democrats this midterm election

THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION OCCUPATION of our country. President Obama and the majority party are going to force through what they like to call--Comprehensive Immigration Reform.
